Camp dates will be assigned based on grade level of students, number of classes, number of students, school seniority, and prior years’ camp dates. Multiple schools may be scheduled together in order to fill camp.

Per student camp price includes meals for students and up to 2 adults per class from lunch on arrival day through lunch on departure day, overnight lodging for students and teachers, 24 hour camp staff supervision, and 24 hour health officer. It also includes programming by the OEC during your stay at no additional charge (canoeing, High Ropes, Climbing Tower, & ROVs can be chosen with no additional charge, as long as grade level requirements are met).

Schools must provide at least 1 teacher or other school personnel per class who will attend the full activities, morning, afternoon, and evening as well as meals with the students. Schools choosing to bring more than 2 adults per class may incur additional charges. There must be at least one adult school representative on site at all times, including evening and overnight. Schools must have at least one vehicle at camp in case of an emergency.

Please list your top 5 desired dates for your school camp trip. Camp dates are available in September, October, November, and December and March, April, May, and early June. With enough interest, we would love to host groups in January and February as well. *
